items giving you a risk free advantage to stocking your shelves during the
holiday season. Return what you don’t sell for credit on a new order.
How it works & criteria that must be met:
• Items must be ordered and available in your store a minimum of 30
days before the holiday.
• ONLY applies to Standard Collars and Leads.
• The window for returns expires 30 days after the holiday.
Returns WILL NOT be accepted past 30 days.
• Your account must be current and in good standing to receive credit.
• Products must be clean and free of damage and wear.
• Catalog your returns and send them to Yellow Dog along with a new
order, to the attention of customer service - returns.
• Your new order will be processed and credit given for the holiday
merchandise.
